Registered Nurse, Care Manager and Personal Nursing Services

My name is Lisa. I am a Registered nurse and I own a Care Management and Personal Nursing service. I am based out of Venice and specialize in providing elder care that helps maintain a level of independence. Services include but aren’t limited to medication management and administration, wound care, tube feeding, patient advocate, family surrogate, general health oversight; transportation, showers, wound care, meal prep etc. My passion is nursing and helping others. I started my career at Sarasota Memorial after 10 (ish) years I moved on to skilled nursing and rehab. I now am helping elders and their families in their homes.. with the goal of keeping them there. I am a 2nd generation Sarasota Native, my children make us 3 generations here. I pride myself on my professionalism. I am licensed and insured. I consider myself an all in one service since so can pretty much cover and need that you will have. I look forward to hearing from you.
